The platform includes content management for operator-facing and customer-facing material. This gives content a defined place alongside the wagering services and the white-labelled front end.
Agree the publishing workflow
For each rollout, identify the content owners, the surfaces they maintain and the approval requirements. Scheduling, previews, version history, rollback and cross-brand inheritance should be demonstrated against the required workflow before they are included in the agreed scope.
