We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations and Data-Entry Executive to join our IT Operations team. You will oversee daily system performance, make sure data is processed accurately, manage race-day activities and maintain operational efficiency. The role needs excellent communication, technical proficiency and the ability to work rotational shifts.
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, night and rotational shifts
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Notice period: immediate joiners preferred, maximum 30 days
What you will do
- Handle real-time race-day operations: system checks, monitoring and performance tracking.
- Enter, verify and maintain accurate data relating to wagering and racing.
- Open and close game periods to live schedules - timing is everything.
- Communicate with on-ground teams for coordination and updates.
- Log reports, support during emergencies and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Make sure all activities follow strict accuracy and compliance standards.
